Rhythm Ride
Dive into our Rhythm class, a 50-minute journey that’s challenging, exhilarating, and utterly addictive! This practice is about honing your skills, improving with every ride, and finding your inner glow. We concentrate on form, technique, and rhythm to inspire your mind and energize your body. Feel the beat as you climb, sprint, and push yourself to new heights in a session designed to engage every muscle group.
Strength Ride
Our Strength ride focuses on the essential elements of form, technique, and rhythm, inspiring you to move with confidence. This 50-minute full-body experience is perfect for all levels, incorporating climbs, isolations, push-ups, and dumbbells to ensure you sweat, shine, and feel unstoppable.
Our Booty Classes
Ready to sculpt, tone, and shine? Abs + Booty is a unique beat-based workout designed to challenge you, elevate your fitness, and keep you moving to the rhythm!
Abs + Booty
The class starts with core-centric exercises to strengthen and define your abs before shifting to targeted glute workouts that lift and tone. Whether you’re aiming to build core strength or shape your lower body, this class offers a balanced and effective workout that keeps you moving to the beat.

We try to respect everyone’s (busy) schedule and love to start and finish exactly on time so everyone can get on with their day/evening in a timely manner.
So please arrive 10 minutes prior to the starting time of the class. <3 -
Please bring:
A water bottle
All classes include a small sweat towel. Please bring your own if you’re wearing make-up.
Shoes (no jandals or other open footwear)

We encourage everyone to join, regardless of your level of fitness.
If you need to catch your breath, you can always sit down on the bike to rest and have a sip of water.
We have had people well in their 60’s join in and loving it, so don’t be afraid you won’t make it. -
All classes are 50 min.

You’ll burn a lot of calories during a class so it’s good to have some energy in the tank.
We recommend that you don’t eat any big or heavy meals 1 to 1.5 hours prior to a class.
A healthy snack won’t hurt you though! -
Depending on your injury you may still be able to join, but please give us a ring so we can discuss your situation.
