2. Prepare for class
Whichever class you choose, you’re going to work hard for 50 minutes and it should make you feel amazing.
Here are some tips that will help you make the most of your workout:
Make sure you have some energy in the tank before class and have a healthy snack (but no big meals) if you’re hungry.
Leave home on time so you feel relaxed when you arrive 10 to 5 minute before class starts (at least 10 minutes if it’s your first time).
Classes start on time to respect everyone’s schedule and we close the door to keep the class focussed and to keep your belongings safe.Bring gym shoes with good grip or spin shoes with SPD cleats for Spin classes. For the Booty & Abs classes shoes are optional.
Bring a water bottle.
Bring a sweater or a hoody to keep you warm before and after class.
